We use active, dynamic meditation as part of the training at our courses. This means being active on an inner level, and after you have been trained, to simultaneously remain calm enough to use your full potential consciously in your daily life.
Meditation has existed for thousands of years. The goal for many forms of meditation is to experience and consciously control the subconscious mind.
Gamma (30-40 hertz, high Gamma 40-50 hertz) is associated with good memory and a good learning process, among other things. Gamma activity increases while we are under great pressure and is also linked to awareness and ingeniousness.
High Gamma brain wave activity also gives access to the following positive effects:
Beta (12-25 hertz, high Beta 25-30 hertz) is a level of brain wave activity that is linked to the activities of the left brain hemisphere. High levels of Beta activity are associated with stress, anxiety and anger, and may cause a state of alarm or emergency preparedness in the body. At this level of brain wave activity we are awake and conscious and our will is in control. We are limited by time and space.
The Beta level is generally looked upon as a"normal" rhythm and is a dominant level in people that are awake, anxious or have their eyes open. Beta brain wave cycles are considered to be the normal cycle pattern in healthy adults.
Alpha (8-12 hertz) is associated with light sleep. This is also the brain wave activity level where we daydream and where our two brain hemispheres can communicate. This level gives access to our ESP sense, creativity, a balanced mood and stable feelings.
A combination of Alpha and high Gamma brain wave activity creates a state of high mental preparedness and capacity.
Theta (4-8 hertz) is associated with deeper sleep, narcosis and hyp¬nosis. We are able to access an inner level where we can make lasting changes. The Theta level of brain wave activity gives us an opportunity to process and influence previous experiences and remove obstacles that stop us from reaching our goals, thereby increasing our possibilities.
The Theta activity level also gives an enhanced ESP-sense, recognises it, and increases creativity. Theta is associated with long-term memory that makes it possible to access previous experiences and transform them. Theta helps our immune system to maximum performance.
Delta (1-4 hertz) is associated with deepest sleep, and this is where we access a greater holistic perspective, including empathy. Delta level of brain wave activity is an area for connection with something greater than oneself - giving solidarity or interconnectedness.
Delta makes it possible to find the best in ourselves. Fear vanishes and empathy comes forward. Our Ego disappears, enabling greater holistic or comprehensive thinking for the common good. We are able to remain in a state of smooth flow, and presence of mind is a fact.
Delta is also associated with: Releasing of melatonin and DHEA - two powerful anti-aging hormones; a reduced level of Cortisol - a hormone linked to stress that is scientifically proven to accelerate the aging process; a feeling of complete happiness; accelerated recovery (healing) of mind and body; optimal intuition; the deepest feeling of spirituality and highest experience of inner consciousness.
All humans have all of these groups of brain cycle activity levels, but it is the strength, combination of - and the access to them that is important in order to achieve what we want. The training at our course gives you an optimal amount of the various brain cycle activity levels, in addition to balance and a flexible and effective way to use the brain. In this way, the good life becomes available for all.
